The App is aimed at adults (18+) who are legally entitled to process health data. You must create an account and are responsible for securing your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that take place under your account.

3.2 Acceptable use

By using our services, you agree to use them only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our services for:

• Illegal activities
• Interfering with the services or other users
• Distributing harmful software
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Collecting data from other users without permission

The App is a tool for tracking information and is not a medical tool. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

All information in the App is intended for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions and advice.

We are not liable for decisions you make based on the information in the App.

You retain ownership of your user data. By using our services, you grant us a license to process your data in accordance with our privacy policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the information in the App.

All rights, titles and interests in and relating to our services, including but not limited to software, technology, design, trademarks and other intellectual property rights, remain with us or our licensees.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, transfer, reverse engineer or otherwise exploit our services without our explicit written permission.

The App is offered "as is" and "as available", without any guarantee. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage that arises from the use of the App.

Your use of the App is done entirely at your own risk.

We strive to keep our services available 24/7, but cannot guarantee that the services will always work uninterrupted or without errors. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and temporarily suspend the services when necessary.

We reserve the right to modify, expand or terminate the services at our discretion.

You can terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We can terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we cease to provide the services.

After termination of your account, we may delete your data in accordance with our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent Dutch courts, unless otherwise specified by law.

We strive to resolve disputes in good faith before taking legal steps.
